I changed my OSM username a few months ago, but am unable to similarly change my Screen Name for the help forums (in user options, there's no editing field). Does this require an admin request? I believe this is not possible with the current software for this site, we are thinking of migrating to a fork that is actually maintained which might make such things easier. @SimonPoole: could you please tell us more about the need to shut it down by May 25th (maybe in that ML thread)?
THe issues are related to data protection, aka non-configurable use of Gravatar, non-local use of google JS libraries etc. It just dosen't make sense to fix all of this (which would be possible) in the unmaintained current software.
