attach ID editor to openstreetmap-web (rails port) and save edits in to local database

Hi, I'm newbie to OSM and i searched the web but i can't find a determined solution.

I did create a local Tile server based on Mapnik, OpenCartoCSS, OSM2Pgsql. ( Switch 2 OSM article ) and also i did create a local nominatim server. Today i did create a local openstreetmap-web (rails port) server.

I need to attach ID editor to it which possible to save changes, Also i need to attach my nominatim and my tile server to that. Obviously i need to update my tile server with changed data, but it is not problem. The problem is saving changes which every time ID editor load them as editable.
